Cooling and ventilation The 1LE0 standard motors are fitted with an radial flow fan for cooling in accordance with IEC 60034-6 cooling method. For some special application, separately driven fan should be considered to be configurated. The use of a separately driven fan is recommended to increase motor utilization at low speed; When motor speed significantly higher than the synchronous speed, the separately fan is also recommended to be used. It can help reduce the motor noise. The separately driven fan can be supplied already fitted, Option code F70. When the separately driven fan is mounted, the length of the motor increase by L. |
